i picked parisian model, mathilde frachon, for the march model spotlight after seeing her featured in this month's vogue spain. i realized after doing a little research that i've seen her on the runways several times, but for some reason i had never paid that close of attention.
this 21-year old beauty was discovered on the street in paris in 2008 and by the next year, she was walking for some of the biggest fashion houses in the world. frachon did a lot of editorial work in 2009-2010, but that has tapered off. i hope the coming seasons are big for her because to me she embodies the enviable parisian beauty. perhaps i'm not the only one who has unwittingly overlooked her.
